In 2011, Arunima Sinha, who was a national level volleyball player, was thrown from a moving train by some goons. 

Arunima, who spent the entire night on the railway track in unbearable pain, lost one of her legs in this incident and a rod was placed on her other leg.


While people spend 4 to 5 years in recovery after such a tragic accident, Arunima, while maintaining her passion as a player, conquered the world's highest place, Mount Everest, within just two years of the incident.

Arunima said, he did not have anesthesia and I said that he should heal my injured leg without giving me anesthesia.

Subsequently, Arunima was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi where she underwent treatment for about four months. 

It was here that she pledged that she would climb Mount Everest.

But the story of Arunima with strong intentions proved to be the story of never losing patience, while the whole world was skeptical of her intentions, her family and especially her brother-in-law Om Prakash encouraged her. 


42-year-old Om Prakash resigned from his Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) job to motivate Arunima towards her goal.



In the circumstances where Arunima was, it takes years for people to stand up, while Arunima got up in only four months. 


For the next two years she trained with Bachendri Pal, the first Indian woman to climb Everest. They got sponsors, their journey started and then the day also came when the destination was conquered.

He said, for this, he has bought land in Unnao near Kanpur. 

There is a need to build a building on which 55 crore will be spent. 

She has adopted 120 disabled children in Lucknow and is helping them in every possible way.
