Children who have little will to play inside or do not leave outside because of playing at home.

Also children who show less interest in physical activities. Obesity takes those children as its prey.

😟  Genetic causes

It is often seen that if the parents in the family are obese, then their children are also obese.

Apart from this, if either of the parents is obese, there is a possibility of increasing obesity in the child. In this way, obesity is also increasing in children due to genetic reasons.

😟  Stubbornness of children

Childhood Obesity

Today's children are very stubborn, due to which parents have to obey them.

In such a situation, children spend most of the time with TV and video games and do not do any work. Due to which physical activity is not possible and obesity starts to increase.

😟 Cause stress too

Currently, the problem of stress in children is being seen. In addition, children are lacking in confidence.

Due to these problems the child goes into depression and considers himself burdensome. After this, obesity starts to increase.
